The frame is professionally made using locally sourced hardwoods; the mouldings used are 30mm wide by 45mm deep and are available in raw oak, black oak, and white oak (nb: the frame mouldings have a wood-grained finish); the white border is created by a 5cm wide window matt, which also protects the print; and lastly, the print is enclosed under 3mm acrylic glazing instead of regular framer’s glass for it’s resistance to breaking and its superior uv protection.
